Sri Karimireddy Hema Chandra Reddy stands as a proud second-generation Advocate, carrying forward the distinguished legal lineage of his family.

           He had the distinct privilege of honing his legal acumen under the able guidance and mentorship of his father, the eminent Senior Advocate, Late Sri Karimireddy Venkata Reddy. Having worked under the tutelage of such a veteran, he has absorbed the ethical values and procedural mastery required to excel in the legal profession.

          Late Sri Karimireddy Venkata Reddy was born on July 1, 1944, into the distinguished agricultural family of Sri Karimireddy Chinna Machi Reddy and Smt. Karimireddy Mangamma. He hailed from Karimireddygaripalle village, a hamlet within the Galiveedu revenue village and Mandal, located in the Annamayya District (formerly part of the Y.S.R. Kadapa District). Born into a landed gentry with a substantial holding of 50 acres, his family was deeply rooted in the region's agricultural tradition.

Late Sri Karimireddy Venkata Reddy pursued his undergraduate studies in Rayachoty Mandal before moving to Karnataka to advance his legal education. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (B.L.) degree from the esteemed B.M.S. College of Law, Bangalore. He initially commenced his legal career by enrolling as an Advocate in Bangalore, where he practiced for a period of two years. Subsequently, he shifted his base to Home town of Kadapa, transferring his Enrollment to the Andhra Pradesh Bar Council vide Enrollment No. AP/96-A/1969.

Notably, he held the distinction of being the first Law Graduate from Galiveedu Mandal. A stalwart of the bar, he maintained a robust practice, specializing in core Civil and Criminal litigation before the Trial Courts at the District Court Complex. He was withstand as the Learned standing for many years of Government and private organizations.

A crowning moment in his distinguished career came on 01-12-2012, when Late Sri Karimireddy Venkata Reddy was publicly honoured for his more than four decades of service to the legal profession.

He was felicitated by the Hon’ble Justice V. Eswaraiah Garu, Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, who acknowledged his unwavering commitment and excellence in the field of law. This event celebrated his status as a senior advocate with more than 40 years of standing, a tenure marked by integrity and legal acumen.

On July 27, 2023, the legal fraternity lost a stalwart. Upon his passing, he bequeathed his legal practice and the high ethical standards he championed to his successor and elder son, Sri Karimireddy Hema Chandra Reddy, who continues to uphold the family's distinguished reputation in the Bar.

Sri Karimireddy Hema Chandra Reddy was born on April 7, 1998, in Kadapa, to the distinguished couple, Senior Advocate Late Sri Karimireddy Venkata Reddy and Smt. Karimireddy Parvati Devi.

From a young age, he demonstrated exceptional leadership and public speaking abilities. A natural orator, he won numerous prizes in elocution competitions and served as the School Pupil Leader (SPL) up to his 10th grade in Church of South India High Court at Kadapa. His leadership continued during his technical education, where he served as the Class Representative. He initially pursued a technical path, completing his Diploma in Civil Engineering followed by a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Global College of Engineering and Technology, Kadapa.

Legal Career:

           Despite his engineering background, he was drawn to the legal profession, inspired by his father's illustrious career. He pursued his passion by obtaining a Law degree from Sri P. Basi Reddy College of Law, Kadapa. He enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati vide Enrollment No. AP/1407/2023. Since then, he has been in active practice, applying his technical and legal acumen before the Hon’ble courts.

Legal Practice & Areas of Expertise:

Sri Karimireddy Hema Chandra Reddy has distinguished himself as a formidable legal mind at an early stage in his career. With a practice that spans Civil, Criminal, Family, and Constitutional Law, he is a familiar and respected face at the Hon’ble District Courts of Kadapa and the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh.

       His reputation for astute legal strategy has made him the preferred Legal Advisor for various Government Officials and Servants. Beyond individual representation, he serves as the Standing Counsel for major educational and welfare organizations, including Global Engineering and Technology, Moulana Minorities Welfare and Educational Society, Tayyib Muslim Welfare Society, and The Yaqub Saheb Masjid Development Committee.

      He effectively manages the complex legal affairs of these leading societies, handling litigation and documentation for entities holding multi-crore property portfolios and extensive agricultural lands.
